Currently, there is a shortage of trained seafarers in the global marketplace. The Bureau of Maritime Affairs, Republic of Liberia, is working to respond to the needs of its customers and the international marketplace by supporting the following:

• Capacity Building
• The Liberia Marine Training Institute (LMTI)
• The Regional Maritime University
